Access to the Website is subject to the prior reading and acceptance by the User of these Terms. By accessing and using the website means that the user agrees, express, full and unreserved, with the entire contents of the General Conditions as published on the Website at the time of access. These General Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with Spanish law. For any dispute arising out of the existence, access, use or content of the General Conditions, both Customer and Fabulastic, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts Barcelona.
