Refund policy

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. You will have 12 hours to double-check the details of your book. If you want to do any changes, please contact us within this period by emailing info@fabulastic.com or you can also call us on (+34) 912 901 841. If you follow these steps, you will not incur any additional cost.

Our books are personalized. Every single book is printed on demand with its own customzation so the book is as special as the boy or the girl receiving it. We never resell the books to anyone else. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there are any mistakes in your order or defects resulting from shipping, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Send us an email at info[at]fabulastic.com and we will fix it.
